Upland Unified District School Locator

You will need the following documents to register.  All enrollment is done online.

  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Original and Current Immunization Record 
  • Photo Identification
  • Proof of Address (Electric or Gas Bill)
  • Current IEP - if applicable 
  • Most recent Report Card from previous school - if applicable

Transitional Kindergarten is available at Sierra Vista for students who will turn five-years-old between September 2nd and June 2nd of the current school year.
